Majed Al Majed has served as the non-executive Chairman of the Board since March 2023. His seasoned leadership experience is marked by his previous tenure as General Manager of the company from 2018 to 2023, and prior to that, as Chairman from 2010 to 2018.

Thamer Al Majed, appointed as Executive Vice Chairman in March 2023, brings a strong financial background to his role. He has served as the Vice President of Finance at the company since 2019, following his tenure as CEO from 2013 to 2019. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh, and currently serves as a board member of SurePay, a FinTech company.

Waleed Al Majed has held the position of Managing Director and CEO of the company since January 2022. He has held leading positions across the company, including Vice President of Oud Procurement and Director of the Property Management Department. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Al Majed is a member of the Incense and Perfumes Committee at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce.

Ahmed Al Senaidi, appointed in March 2023, is an Independent Board Member bringing a robust background in accounting and finance background. He currently oversees the Financial Department of a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund and is also the CEO of his own audit and assurance firm. Al Senaidi is also a fellow of both the American Institute of Accountants and the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Bangor University, UK, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University.

Yasser Al Zoman is an Independent Board Member, backed by a strong academic foundation and professional experience in accounting. As Director of AlSaleh & AlZoman & AlFahad CPA, AlZoman holds various positions in audit committees across several companies. His previous experience includes tenures as CFO at Watani Iron Steel and Financial Director at Al-Tadrea Manufacturing. He earned an MBA from Aston University, UK, and holds a Saudi Fellowship for Chartered Accountants.

Abdul Rahman Al Majed has been the Vice President of International Sales and Operations since December 2021. With his dynamic leadership and strategic sales vision, he plays a crucial role in expanding the company's global market presence. In addition to his vice-presidency, Abdulrahman is the General Manager at Khaled Ali Al Majed for Real Estate Development Establishment and the acting General Director of the E-Commerce Department within the company. He began his career with the company as a Regional Director and later assumed the role of Director of the Marketing Department (Acting). Abdulrahman holds a High School Diploma and has developed his expertise through progressive roles within the organization.

Muhammad Al Damegh has been the General Manager of Human Resources and Strategic Planning Development since April 2023. His extensive experience in human resources has been pivotal in driving the company’s HR strategies and organizational growth. Previously within the company, he served as Director of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs. He also led HR departments at prominent firms such as Abdullah Bin Saedan Company, Abdullah Abunayyan Group, and Riyadh Development Company. Al Damegh holds a Diploma of Qualification of the Director of Human Resources Department from the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in German Language from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia.

Muzamil Omar has served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2018. His expertise in accounting and finance is fundamental to the financial health and strategic planning of the organization. Prior to his current role, Muzamil was the CFO at Khalta Perfumes Company, overseeing financial operations in the retail oud and perfume sector. He holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, both from Al-Zaiem Al-Azhari University in Sudan.

Al-Hussein Bukhars has been at the helm of the company's supply chain operations as General Manager since November 2020. His extensive background in engineering and logistics is instrumental in optimizing the company’s supply chain and operational efficiency. Al-Hussein’s career is marked by leading roles, including Supply Chain Manager at Zohoor, Head of Supply Chain at Alyasra Fashion, Head of Logistics Services at Tadawi Medical and Director of Logistics and Import Services at Al-Meera Company. He earned his Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Lille in France, and holds a Diploma
